The moment Zendesk auto-assigns a ticket and opens it, ZenAlert plays a crisp audio notification so you know instantly — even if you're focused on another screen or application. ───────────────────────────────── HOW IT WORKS ───────────────────────────────── Zendesk is a single-page app. When a ticket is auto-assigned to you, it silently changes the browser URL to that ticket.
