## How to Use TikTok

1. **Login** - Click the extension icon and login with your email (verification code will be sent)

3. **Extract** - Click "Extract Saved URLs" - extension will auto-scroll and extract up to 30 most recent videos
4. **Review** - Review the extracted URLs and remove any unwanted ones

## How to Use Instagram

1. **Login** - Click the extension icon and login with your email (verification code will be sent)
2. **Navigate** - Go to `instagram.com/YOUR_USERNAME/saved/all-posts/` (e.g., `instagram.com/robert.dong/saved/all-posts/`)
   - Alternative: Open your profile → Click "Saved" → Select "All Posts"
3. **Extract** - Click "Extract Saved URLs" - extension will auto-scroll and extract up to 30 most recent posts/reels
4. **Review** - Review the extracted URLs and remove any unwanted ones
5. **Send** - Click "Send to Trend Spotter" to analyze for trending patterns
