Automatic History Saving: Clipo automatically captures and saves the text you copy, creating a reliable history of your clipboard activity.

Side Panel Access: Access your clipboard history anytime via a convenient side panel. You can open it by clicking the extension icon or using a keyboard shortcut (default: Ctrl+Shift+V or Command+Shift+V on Mac).

Powerful Search: Quickly find any copied item with the built-in search functionality. You can search by text content, the URL it was copied from, or the page title.

Pin Important Items: Keep frequently used snippets at the top of your list by pinning them. Pinned items are protected from automatic cleanup.

Manual Data Entry: Add notes or other text to your clipboard history directly from the side panel.

QR Code Generation: Instantly generate a QR code for any clipboard item, making it easy to share text between your computer and mobile devices.

Paste Shortcuts: Use keyboard shortcuts (Alt+1 to Alt+5) to quickly paste your most recent or pinned items.

Customization and Management:

Configurable History Size: You can set the maximum number of items to store, from 10 to 10,000, ensuring you have the history you need without taking up too much space.

Auto-Cleanup: Set a custom number of days (from 1 to 365) after which unpinned items will be automatically deleted. This feature can be disabled by setting it to 0.

Light & Dark Modes: Choose between a light or dark theme for the extension's interface to match your preference.

Shortcut Configuration: Customize whether the paste shortcuts (Alt+1-5) target your most recent unpinned items or your pinned items.

Clear History: Easily clear your entire clipboard history with a single click.

Data Sync and Backup:

Manual Google Drive Sync: You have full control over your data with manual sync to Google Drive. This allows you to back up your clipboard history and settings securely in your own Google Drive account.

Sync Up & Sync Down:

Sync Up: Upload your local clipboard history to Google Drive. This will overwrite the data in the cloud.

Sync Down: Replace your local history with the data stored in Google Drive. This is great for restoring your data on a new device.

Export & Import: You can export your entire clipboard history and settings to a JSON file for backup or migration. You can also import data from a previously exported file, with the option to merge with existing data or replace it entirely.
