YouTube Tweak is an enhancement extension designed for advanced users, offering a series of customizable features that allow you to completely eliminate the limitations of the default experience. It enables precise control over every detail, aiming to provide the cleanest, most intelligent, and smoothest viewing environment.

Main Function Modules:

🎬 Player Enhancements
Lock Quality: Automatically switch to your specified video quality (e.g., 1080p/720p) every time you play a video. If the specified quality isn't available, it will automatically downgrade to the closest lower resolution.
Speed Control Button: Display additional playback speed buttons (e.g., 1.25x, 1.5x, 2x, etc.).
Remember Speed: Save the playback speed preference by channel.
Hide Specific Buttons: Option to hide almost all player buttons as needed for a cleaner interface.
Semi-transparent End Recommendations: Hide the blurred recommendations (usually suggested videos or creators) that appear at the end of videos.
Volume Boost: Disable volume leveling and allow the true 100% volume at maximum settings.

💬 Comment Enhancements
Display Nicknames: Show the commenter’s channel nickname instead of just the username in the comment section.
Enhanced Comment Content: Automatically expand long comments and automatically translate comment content.

🧹 Other Features
Homepage Video Layout Control: Lock the number of videos per row on the homepage, maintaining a uniform layout.
Ad Blocking (Experimental): Automatically skip ad videos, block cover ads, and text-image ads; block promotional content by channel creators (e.g., T-shirts, merchandise).

⚙️ General Settings
Import/Export Settings: Support for exporting, importing, and resetting settings, making configuration transfer easy.
Multi-language Support: The plugin supports multi-language interfaces, with translations continuously updated.
