🔒 PII Masker
Automatically masks emails, phone numbers, and any custom terms you define before you paste text into an AI chat. Your sensitive data never leaves your browser — masking happens entirely on-device.

✨ Prompt Enhancer
Right-click any AI chat input field and select "Enhance prompt with PromptMate" to instantly rewrite your draft into a clearer, more effective prompt using Google's Gemini API. You use your own API key — your text goes directly from your browser to Google, never through our servers.

📚 Prompt Library
Save and manage reusable prompts. Insert them in one click from the popup — perfect for recurring tasks, templates, or workflows.

⚙️ Allowed Sites
Control exactly which domains PII masking is active on. You decide where the extension runs.

🛡️ Privacy by design
No accounts. No analytics. No telemetry. Everything is stored locally in your browser. Uninstalling the extension deletes all your data.

How to get started:
1. Click the PromptMate icon to open the popup
2. Add your custom PII terms in Settings
3. Optionally add a free Gemini API key from aistudio.google.com to enable prompt enhancement
4. Start pasting — your data stays yours
