  Tap Record. Talk to your customer the way you already do. Automated Intake transcribes the whole conversation in real time, separates speakers, and extracts:
  
  - Customer concerns (one per issue, not one big paragraph)
  - Vehicle info, mileage, and symptoms
  - RO notes the tech needs to know (expectations, timing, recent service)
  
  One-tap push sends everything into the open Tekmetric repair order. Clipboard fallback if a field can't be found — you never lose a check-in.

  Every concern from the RO becomes a tech-focused card in the WO tab. Each card has its own Speak mic.
  
  Tap Speak. Narrate your finding for 5–30 seconds — codes, measurements, root cause, what you'd recommend. Claude returns a customer-ready write-up split into three fields:
  
  - Cause — a diagnostic paragraph in plain English
  - Recommendations — a numbered action list
  - Parts / Add Labor — items the original quote didn't cover
  
  If you skip a fault code, TSB number, or measurement, Claude inserts a bracketed placeholder ([code needed], [TSB number needed]) at the exact spot it belongs. Catch incomplete documentation at the source.
  
  Tap Copy Finding to paste a clean customer-safe block into Tekmetric's Cause/Correction field. Private Notes stay internal — they never leave the sidebar.
