SERP Sheet helps you collect Google search results and send them directly to your Google Sheet in just a few clicks. Instead of copying titles and links one by one, you can automate the process and organize everything in a structured format instantly. It simplifies the way you gather search data, making it faster, cleaner, and easier to manage, whether you are doing research, tracking keywords, or analyzing results. How it works: • Enter your keywords • Choose number of pages • Click Start • Results are added to your Google Sheet Each row includes: • Query • Title • URL Location targeting (UULE): • Google results change based on location • You can paste a UULE value (from tools like Valentin.app) • This lets you simulate searches from a specific city or region • Without UULE, results may reflect your current location or IP Accuracy note: • Results may not be exactly the same every time • Google changes results based on location, timing, and personalization • Data is useful for research and comparison, but rankings can vary Use cases: • Keyword research • SERP analysis • Competitor checks • Content planning • Organizing search data Why use SERP Sheet: • Saves time compared to manual copy • Works directly with Google Sheet • Supports multiple queries • Simple and easy to use Permissions: • Opens Google search pages to collect results • Writes data to your selected Google Sheet Privacy: • Your search queries are processed only during use • Data is sent only to your selected Google Sheet • No data is stored or shared externally • No tracking or analytics are used Security: • Uses Google OAuth for secure access to your Google account • Only requests permission to access Google Sheet • Does not access other Google services Responsible use: • Intended for personal and professional research use • Must not be used for automated abuse, excessive requests, or bypassing platform safeguards • Users are responsible for complying with Google’s terms of service • The developer is not responsible for misuse or policy violations
SERP Sheet helps you collect Google search results and extract emails, all sent directly to your Google Sheet in just a few clicks. Instead of copying titles, links, and contact details one by one, you can automate the entire process and organize everything in a structured format instantly. How it works: • Enter your keywords • Choose number of pages • Click Start • Results and contact emails are added to your Google Sheet Each row includes: • Query • Title • URL • Email (when available) Email finder: • Emails can be crawled and added to each row when available • Crawling starts with the search result page itself, then the site homepage if nothing is found • If still not found, internal links are scanned and matched against contact-relevant pages (contact, about, team, support, legal, press, etc.) • Only pages the site actually links to are crawled — no random path guessing • If a matched page has no email, the sitemap is checked as a last resort for any missed contact pages • Detects emails hidden behind obfuscation (Cloudflare, encoded characters, plain-text substitutions) • Scans JSON-LD, meta tags, mailto links, and page text • Filters out no-reply, system, and tracking addresses • Prioritizes role-based emails (contact@, info@, support@, press@) • Results are cached to avoid redundant requests Please note: • Some websites encode or hide their emails in ways that cannot always be decoded, these may be missed • Only a small number of relevant pages per site are crawled, not the full domain, emails on uncrawled pages will not be found • Accuracy is not guaranteed and results will vary by site • This feature is still in development, improvements are ongoing and edge cases are expected Location targeting (UULE): • Google results change based on location • You can paste a UULE value (from tools like Valentin.app) • This lets you simulate searches from a specific city or region • Without UULE, results may reflect your current location or IP Accuracy note: • Results may not be exactly the same every time • Google changes results based on location, timing, and personalization • Email availability depends on what each website publicly exposes • Data is useful for research and comparison, but rankings and emails can vary Use cases: • Keyword research • SERP analysis • Competitor checks • Content planning • Lead generation and outreach • Organizing search data with contact details Why use SERP Sheet: • Saves time compared to manual copy • Finds contact emails automatically without visiting each site • Works directly with Google Sheet • Supports multiple queries • Simple and easy to use Permissions: • Opens Google search pages to collect results • Visits result pages to look for publicly available contact emails • Writes data to your selected Google Sheet Privacy: • Your search queries are processed only during use • Data is sent only to your selected Google Sheet • No data is stored or shared externally • No tracking or analytics are used Security: • Uses Google OAuth for secure access to your Google account • Only requests permission to access Google Sheet • Does not access other Google services Responsible use: • Intended for personal and professional research use • Must not be used for automated abuse, excessive requests, or bypassing platform safeguards • Users are responsible for complying with Google's terms of service • The developer is not responsible for misuse or policy violations
