Switch target language to Traditional Chinese as default behavior.

1.0.1 Update
1. Switching the target language now will not cause a whole page refresh, instead, it now clicks the Traditional Chinese button and behavior as normal switching language.
2. Add a checkbox on the popup page to turn this auto switch function on or off. If the device is login and online, once this setting is saved, it'll synchronize to all the device that you have login to.
