Most job extensions try to make you apply faster. This one tries to make your applications better.

I built AI Job Copilot after watching auto-apply tools produce applications I wouldn't send to a friend's company. Job title pattern-matched to a generic cover letter. Salary stripped from the JD. Half the requirements ignored. Recruiters read past that in seconds, and the volume game is exactly why.

So this is the opposite move. The extension reads the actual job description and your real CV, then drafts a fit analysis, a tailored CV, and a cover letter that match this specific role. You bring your own Anthropic or OpenAI key, so every action goes from your browser straight to the provider you chose, and nothing touches a server I control. Because I don't run one.

The pieces:

Scannable LinkedIn feed. A fit verdict and AI Pick badge on every card. Hide companies you've moved on from, snooze them for a week, surface the rest.

Job fit analysis. Verdict, green flags, red flags, salary signal, ATS keywords — all pulled from the actual JD. No black-box match score.

Tailored CV. Your master CV rewritten for this role. Saves as a clean PDF. Cached so re-runs don't burn API calls.

Cover letter. Drafted in your voice, at the length the form expects (it reads the field's character limit and writes to it). Doesn't get cut off mid-sentence. A short tuning Q&A lets you refine without redrafting from scratch.

ATS auto-fill. Works on Lever, Greenhouse, Workday, Ashby, and LinkedIn Easy-Apply. Fills the fields you'd answer the same way every time. Leaves the judgment calls for you.

Privacy. Everything stays in your browser. API key, master CV, application sessions — all in chrome.storage.local. No analytics, no telemetry, no third-party trackers. When you hit Analyse, your CV and the job description go directly to the AI provider you configured (Anthropic or OpenAI) using your key.

Pricing. Free. Bring your own Anthropic or OpenAI API key — roughly $0.01–$0.05 per analysis, around ten to twenty cents for a full tailored CV and cover letter draft, billed by the provider. No subscription, no account, no hidden plan. Your browser talks to the provider you chose through your key, and you see what every action costs.
