AITokenMeter helps you see how much you are using AI chat — in estimated tokens — while you work in ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini in your browser.

If you juggle several AI subscriptions or long conversations, it is easy to lose track of volume. AITokenMeter adds a simple local dashboard: session totals, today’s total, and a breakdown per provider, so you can stay aware of usage before it surprises you on a bill or plan limit.

HOW IT WORKS
• Open a supported chat site (ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini).
• After installing or updating the extension, reload that tab once (F5).
• Chat as usual — input and output tokens are estimated from visible message text on your device.
• Click the extension icon to open the panel, set per-provider alert limits, and watch counters update live.
