Merge in any order, split into single pages, extract or delete a page range, and rotate. Everything runs locally with pdf-lib + PDF.js  your documents are never uploaded to any server. One-time $9, no subscription, no watermark, no file-size limit. License & terms. Your purchase grants one person a lifetime license to use PDF Toolkit, valid for the life of the product, with no subscription and no recurring fees. A license key may be activated on up to 5 devices/browsers; the 7-day free trial before purchase is a local courtesy and requires no account. The extension is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law; you use it at your own discretion. Purchases are sold by Lemon Squeezy as merchant-of-record  receipts, taxes (VAT/sales tax), and refunds are handled through Lemon Squeezy under its terms.
