  Claude Usage Dashboard brings your Claude.ai usage stats into a clear, practical dashboard, so you can see what’s left and avoid hitting the message limit at the worst possible moment.
  
  Who it’s for:
  • power users who want to plan work around limits
  • anyone switching models and wanting to understand where quota goes
  • long-running projects where activity patterns matter
  
  What it does:
  • Limits: clean indicators for your session window and weekly window, plus time to reset (when available).
  • Models: per-model breakdown (Sonnet / Opus / Haiku) when Claude.ai provides it for your plan.
  • Activity heatmap: a local activity history and a day/hour heatmap.
  • Notifications: alerts at chosen thresholds (for example 75%, 90%, 100%).
  • Sidebar: an optional panel right inside Claude.ai’s sidebar.
  • Chat export: save the current conversation to Markdown and move it to a new or existing chat.
  
  Privacy:
  • All data is stored locally in your browser.
  • The extension does not send your usage stats to any third-party servers.
  
  Getting started:
  1) Install the extension.
  2) Open claude.ai and sign in.
  3) Open the extension panel (or enable the Sidebar panel) and click Refresh if data doesn’t appear right away.
