  Devenia Send appears in Gmail compose windows when attachment sizes are near Gmail's practical limit.
  
  For JPEG, PNG, and WebP images, it can prepare a smaller copy in the browser and help replace the oversized attachment in the same draft. It uses Gmail's visible size when available, and the selected file's browser-reported size when Gmail only shows the filename. When Gmail blocks replacement or the result is still too large, it keeps the original attachment in place and offers a download or Send fallback.
  
  For PDFs and videos, it opens Send with the Gmail size target so the user can use Devenia's file-processing flow. It does not change the original attachment inside Gmail in that case. Unsupported file types are left unchanged and are not sent to Devenia Send.
  
  The extension is built for the "attachment too large" moment. It does not collect the written email body, does not read inbox messages, does not read recipient values, and does not request Gmail API access. It only uses compose-window attachment labels and controls to work with the visible draft attachment.
