Tab Bankruptcy clusters all your open tabs into thematic groups using the AI provider you choose, then lets you Keep, Save, or Nuke each group with a single click. No more Tetris-style scrolling, no more "I'll deal with these later" — get to inbox-zero for your tabs in under a minute.

— HOW IT WORKS —

1. Click the extension icon to open the triage view.
2. See the tab count + a Declare Bankruptcy button.
3. Click → AI clusters your tabs into named groups (e.g. "React Hook Wizards", "2026 vacation research", "Dad jokes I forgot to close").
4. For each cluster: 
✅ Keep (leave open), 
📥 Save & Close (archive to Chrome's Reading List), or
💥 Nuke (close immediately, with a 5-second undo).

— BRING YOUR OWN AI —

Default: Puter.js — sign in once with a Puter account, pay-as-you-go (typically a fraction of a cent per cluster). No API keys to manage.

Power users: BYOK across xAI (Grok), OpenAI (GPT), Anthropic (Claude), and Google (Gemini). Add as many keys as you want and order them as a fallback chain — if your top key is rate-limited, the next is tried automatically.

— PRIVACY —

The developer of this extension does NOT operate any backend, does NOT collect telemetry, and does NOT receive your data. Your tab metadata is sent only to the AI provider you choose. API keys live in chrome.storage.local on this device only — they never sync across profiles. Click Reset everything in Settings any time for a full factory wipe.
