MeetSignal records your sales calls on Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams, transcribes them with AI, summarizes action items, decisions, objections, and next steps, and auto-pushes the structured notes into your CRM. Built specifically for sales reps - the summary format is MEDDIC / BANT / SPIN by default, not a generic meeting recap. WHAT YOU GET - One-click recording from inside the meeting tab (Zoom Web, Meet, Teams) - Whisper-grade transcription with speaker diarization - Claude-generated structured summary: action items with owners, decisions made, objections raised with the rep's response, next steps, deal-stage signals - One-click push to HubSpot, Pipedrive, Close.com, or your CRM of choice - Voice cloning for follow-up emails written in your tone - Per-meeting retention controls (default 90 days, configurable down to 7 or up to 365) HOW IT WORKS 1. Join a Zoom, Meet, or Teams call as you normally would. 2. The MeetSignal indicator appears in the meeting tab. Click Record. 3. Audio is captured via chrome.tabCapture (an offscreen document holds the MediaStream because MV3 service workers cannot hold one directly). 4. When the meeting ends, audio is uploaded, transcribed, and summarized in 30-90 seconds. 5. Review the summary, optionally edit, then click "Push to CRM" - the meeting becomes a fully-formed activity in HubSpot / Pipedrive / Close with action items as tasks.
