  Toggl is great at tracking what you did. HourPilot tells you what you planned to do — and shows you the gap.
  
  THREE TABS, ONE LOOP
  
  - Plan — Add projects from Toggl, set planned hours for the week with a simple +/− stepper.
  
  - Vs Actual — See planned vs tracked hours side by side. Live deltas per project: amber when you're under plan, red when you've overrun, green when you're on track. Projects you tracked but didn't plan for show up too.
  
  - Capacity — A weekly utilization donut and daily bars Monday to Sunday. Glance, read the color, close the popup.

  Most freelancers, contractors, and agency workers using Toggl have the same problem: they track diligently but never planned how to spend the week.
