About

CC ADB Studio turns Chrome into a full Android control panel. It talks to your
device directly over WebUSB using the ADB protocol — no native ADB server, no
command line, and no extra software to install on your computer. Plug in your
phone, authorize the connection on the device, and you're working.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• Live screen mirroring
Stream your device screen in real time and interact with it using your mouse
and keyboard. Hardware (GPU) or software decoding, adjustable resolution and
quality, and an on-screen floating control bar for Back / Home / Recents and
  hardware keys.

• Screen recording (MP4 or WebM)
Record the live screen to a video file with one click. Choose MP4 (widely
playable) or WebM. Optionally name each recording, and capture device audio
or your computer's microphone alongside the video.

• Screenshots with a built-in editor
Capture the screen instantly and crop, draw rectangles and arrows, or blur
sensitive areas before saving. Customizable filename patterns.

• Secondary / virtual displays
Spin up an extra Android display in its own window — fixed-resolution or a
flexible window you can resize. Great for running a second app or testing
multi-display layouts. Records too (fixed-resolution displays).

• File transfer
Push files from your computer to the device and pull files back, with a
designated-folder upload workflow and live transfer progress.

• Shell
Run shell commands on the device straight from the browser, with output
  streamed back to you.

• Logcat
View live device logs with filtering, so you can debug without a terminal.

• App management
Browse installed apps, launch them, and install APKs.

• Wireless ADB
Switch a USB-connected device to wireless ADB and reconnect over the network.

PRIVACY & SECURITY

• Everything runs locally between Chrome and your device over USB. CC ADB Studio
does not send your screen, files, or device data to any server.
• Your ADB authorization key is generated on your machine and stored encrypted
(AES-GCM) in the browser; the private key is non-extractable.
• Minimal permissions: only "storage" (to save your settings and key) and
"downloads" (to save screenshots, recordings, and pulled files).

REQUIREMENTS

• A Chromium-based browser with WebUSB support (Chrome 120+).
• An Android device with USB debugging enabled.
• On the first connection, tap "Allow USB debugging" on the device.
• MP4 recording requires a recent Chrome build; older versions automatically
  fall back to WebM.

No native ADB server is required — CC ADB Studio speaks ADB directly.
