Control is a structural block list for Chrome designed to break the cycle of mindless scrolling and impulsive website visits. Built around the core principle of a daily "free window", Control blocks selected websites at all times except for a customized period of your choosing.

Key Features:

1. Daily Free Window: Restrict access to distracting sites to a single scheduled window (e.g. 10:30 PM – 11:00 PM). Focus is the default state; distraction is scheduled.

2. Commitment Modes: Choose between Testing, Serious, and Lockdown modes. Upgrading is instant, but relaxing settings or unblocking a site in Lockdown mode enforces a strict 24-hour delay.

3. Reason-Based Emergency Unlock: Need urgent access? Control evaluates your text request based on constructive heuristics. Mindless browsing requests are denied; valid work/study tasks are granted temporary access (5-10 minutes) while protecting your daily budget.

4. PIN Protection: Keep your configurations secure. Lock settings access behind a 6-digit PIN. If you forget your PIN, you must wait for your free window to bypass it.

5. Incognito Mode Enforcement: Guided setup helps you allow Control in incognito tabs, preventing the easiest bypass trick.

6. Polished Dark Aesthetic: Clean, responsive, premium dark-mode interface built to match the mobile application experience.

Privacy Policy:
* Fully Local: Control operates entirely within your browser. 
* Zero Tracking: No analytics, tracking pixels, or third-party tracking scripts.
* No Server Storage: Your blocklist, schedule, and unlock logs are stored locally using chrome.storage.local. They never leave your device.
