About
Conicia Chart Companion keeps your Conicia clinician dashboard in step with the chart you are already looking at. No second login, no searching for the right patient or client, no copy and paste. Works with PracticeQ (IntakeQ), SimplePractice, and TherapyNotes. The problem it solves. During a session you move between a patient or client chart in your EHR and the Conicia clinician dashboard for that same person. Doing that by hand means leaving the chart, opening Conicia, and finding the matching record every time you switch. It is slow, and it is easy to land on the wrong record. What it does. When you open a chart in a supported EHR, the extension points one background companion tab to that person's Conicia dashboard at dashboard.conicia.com. As you move from one chart to the next, the same companion tab follows along. It reuses a single tab rather than piling up new ones, so your window stays tidy. How it stays accurate. The companion tab always matches the chart you have in focus, or it shows a neutral state when there is nothing to match. It does not show a stale or mismatched record, so you are never looking at one person's chart next to another person's dashboard. What it reads, and what it does not. The extension reads only the patient or client identifier from the chart page address (the URL in your address bar). It does not read, store, or transmit the contents of the chart. Your chart to patient pairings are kept locally on your own device. There are no analytics, no telemetry, and no trackers, and the extension does not sell or share data. The extension does not collect patient or client health information. Who it is for. Licensed mental health clinicians (psychologists, social workers, counselors, marriage and family therapists, psychiatric and other prescribing clinicians, and nurses) who use Conicia alongside one of the supported EHRs. This is a navigation and workflow utility. It routes you to your own Conicia dashboard. It does not provide clinical, diagnostic, or treatment functionality, and it makes no claim to assess, treat, or improve any condition.
