Sway — From listing to investment math, without leaving the tab

Sway helps you move from browsing real-estate ads to a serious buy-to-let analysis in France. This extension is the bridge between major listing sites and the Sway web app, where you refine yield, cash flow, tax assumptions, and project tracking.

Who it’s for

You compare many listings and want to turn an ad into numbers (price, rent, running costs) without retyping everything.
You already use Sway in the browser and want to start a simulation from the listing you are viewing.
You want to save time: capture once, get structured fields, see a return snapshot in seconds.
What the extension does

In-page context on supported listing detail pages, you can open a floating Sway (Rendement) panel to preview key investment indicators tied to the purchase and rental case.
Create a project when you are signed in to Sway: you can save a project from the extracted data and the values you see, then continue in the app for the full workflow.
Toolbar shortcut the extension popup can analyse the active tab when the site is supported, even if you prefer not to use the in-page panel.
Focused scope the extension is limited to known French portals so extraction rules stay predictable and maintainable (not a generic “any website” tool).
Your choice you can turn off the floating panel in extension options and keep using only the popup if you like a lighter experience.

The list is intentionally narrow so we can build reliable extractors. Listings on SPAs may still be loading—if numbers look off, let the page finish loading, scroll the main content, and try again.

Typical flow

Open a listing detail page on a supported site.
Optionally use the floating Sway panel (if enabled) to see a return-oriented preview.
When signed in, you can create the project in Sway to continue with taxes, scenarios, and tracking in the app.
The extension icon remains your fast path to capture from the current tab.
How this relates to the Sway app The extension is not a full replacement for the app: it feeds your Sway workspace. Think of it as the cable from the ad to your dashboard, and the Sway app as the workbench for serious modelling.

Privacy & data

The extension only operates in the declared context: supported listing origins and the Sway/Supabase endpoints needed to sign in and save projects.
The purpose is import and simulation support, not broad tracking of your browsing. Align this text with your public privacy policy on the Sway site if you publish one.
Tips

Sign in through the extension UI (popup) so the same account is used for saves.
Disable the inject via Sway → Extension options (or the small control in the panel) if you only want the popup.
Half-loaded pages (common on heavy SPAs): reload, scroll, then capture again.
Why Sway Because buy-to-let in France is more than a price and a surface: it is financing, charges, tax regime, and rent level. Sway is built to make those levers visible and to help you compare listings on a common basis—starting from the same pages you already use to search.

Support & updates Listing layouts change. If something breaks on a property page, update the extension, try again after a full load, and report the host, browser, and a screenshot if you can— it helps us ship fixes fast.
