1) Install ClipCompass from the Chrome Web Store.
2) Open any YouTube video.
3) The ClipCompass panel appears embedded on the right side of YouTube (bottom-right).
4) Use it in regular view or fullscreen — it stays available.
5) Collapse/minimize it anytime so it only shows when you need it. 👉
