Job Genie - Apply to Jobs by Email Without Leaving the Page

Most job postings have a contact email buried in the description. Job Genie finds it, drafts a professional application email, and queues it for sending, all from a small popup while you are still on the job board.

How it works

Open a job posting on LinkedIn, Indeed, or anywhere else. Copy the description or paste a screenshot of it. Open the Job Genie popup, drop it in, pick your tone, and hit Analyze. AI reads the posting, pulls out the company name, role, contact email, and writes a full application email with subject line and body. The draft gets saved to your Job Genie dashboard.

From there you review it, attach a resume if you want, and send it straight from your own Gmail account. No third party relay, no copy-pasting into your inbox manually.

What you get

Text or screenshot input. If you paste a screenshot or upload an image of a job posting, the built-in OCR converts it to text automatically before the AI reads it.

Five tone options. Professional, Precise, Confident, Friendly, and Creative. Pick one or combine them before you hit Analyze and the draft will match the style.

Your own email address in the From field. Every application goes out from your connected Gmail or Outlook account so replies come back directly to you.

An application tracker on the dashboard. Every draft is saved with the company name, position, status, and sent date. You can update the status as things progress, like Interview Scheduled or Rejected, to keep track of where each one stands.

Resume attachment. If you have a resume uploaded in Job Genie, you can attach it to the email before sending with one click.

Daily quota display. The popup shows how many applications you have left for the day so you are never caught off guard by a limit.

A note on how it finds the contact email

The AI extracts the contact email directly from the job description text. If the posting does not include a contact email, the application will not be created. This works best on direct company postings and recruiter emails where a contact address is visible in the listing.

Getting started

Create a free account at jobgenie.byusman.com and sign in. Once you are logged in on the site, open the extension and it picks up your session automatically. No separate login inside the popup.
