Permissions: To enable the full-page "Instant Snapshot" feature, the extension requires broad host permissions to satisfy Chrome's native screenshot API requirements. However, clip.now’s core scripts and functionalities are strictly hardcoded to only activate and execute on younow.com. Local storage is used only to save your UI preferences (position, theme, and opacity).
