Exported Fields

Field availability depends on the listing type, Zillow page data, and your plan.

- Core listing fields can include address, price, beds, baths, area, property status, listing URLs, images, geographic coordinates, and zpid.
- Rental detail fields can include building names, building phone numbers, amenities, pet policies, unit features, amenity photos, available units, schools, scores, neighborhoods, and building ratings.
- Sale-oriented detail fields can include parcel numbers, HOA, tax fields, lot and parking details, interior area, agents, brokers, listing offices, and price history.

How to Use:

1. Install the Zillow Scraper extension.
2. Open Zillow and run your property search as usual.
3. Click the export button and wait for the extraction to complete.

Good to Know

- Zillow may show captchas, rate limits, or login prompts if traffic looks automated. If extraction fails, try again later, complete any captcha in a normal Zillow tab, or sign back into Zillow.
