About
One click. Full-resolution image copied to your clipboard.
When you click on an image in Google Images, a preview opens on the right. This extension adds a Copy button to that preview — click it and the original image is on your clipboard, ready to paste:
JPEG, PNG, WebP → copied as PNG
Animated GIFs → copied with animation preserved (see the note below), or saved to Downloads
Paste it into a document, chat, email, or image editor. No right-click menus, no "Save As", no extra steps.
Features:
- Copies the original full-resolution image, not the Google thumbnail
- Green progress bar shows copy status
- No data collection, no analytics, no external servers
- Works on Chrome, Brave, Edge, and any Chromium browser
*** IMPORTANT NOTE ***
Animated GIF clipboard support requires a free helper script (macOS or Windows) — download it from the project homepage (linked below). One command to install, no admin rights needed.Technical
