GMapFood shares only anonymous, derived photo metadata (place id, photo URL templates, upload dates, sizes, and our quality scores) to build a shared, date-sorted index that helps everyone.

It never collects:
• your images
• your personal data
• your location
• your browsing history

Sharing is on by default, clearly disclosed on first run, and you can turn it off anytime in Settings — re-sorting keeps working locally either way.

⚙️ HOW IT WORKS
GMapFood only re-orders and annotates the photo information Google already shows your browser. It never downloads, copies, or stores the image files themselves, and it runs only on Google Maps restaurant pages.
