Artigiano Workshop Pro is your dedicated research and code-logging companion for Google Gemini. It seamlessly bridges the gap between brainstorming in the chat and organizing your final, polished ideas.

Here is a quick guide on how to get the most out of your new workspace.

1. The Organiser Bar & Checkboxes (In-Chat)
Whenever you open Gemini, Artigiano injects a non-intrusive toolbar at the top of your screen and adds selection checkboxes to every message.

Select Your Context: Hover over any prompt (Question) or response (Answer) in your Gemini chat. Click the custom blue checkbox on the left to mark it for saving.

Pick a Category: Use the dropdown in the top Organiser Bar to choose where these notes belong (e.g., "Code", "Research", "Workshop").

Save Logs: Once you've checked the boxes you want, click the green SAVE LOGS button. Your selected context is instantly beamed to your Side Panel.

Tip: Use the ALL checkbox in the top bar to quickly select the entire conversation.

2. The Side Panel Workspace
Open the Chrome Side Panel to access your dedicated Workshop. Here, your saved logs are beautifully organized by their assigned categories.

Custom Categories: Need a new folder? Type a name into the + New Subtitle... box and hit the blue + button. You can instantly categorize your thoughts by project, language, or topic.

Live Search: Looking for a specific function or idea? Type into the "Search research context..." bar. Artigiano instantly filters your logs by prompt, response, notes, or category name.

Annotations: Every saved log has a built-in notepad. Click the "Annotate this entry..." box to add personal thoughts, to-do lists, or reminders right next to the Gemini response.

3. Smart Navigation (Source Routing)
Never lose your place in a massive chat history again.

The SOURCE 🔗 Button: Located at the top right of every saved log.

How it Works: Click it, and Artigiano will automatically navigate you back to the exact Gemini chat where that conversation happened. It smoothly scrolls down to the specific message and flashes a blue highlight so you can instantly find your place in the context.

4. Quick Actions & Code Extraction
Stop highlighting and dragging your mouse to copy code.

{ } CODE: Click this button on any saved log, and Artigiano will automatically scan the response, extract only the code blocks, and copy them straight to your clipboard.

COPY ALL: Instantly copies the entire text of the Gemini response.

Re-categorize: Changed your mind? Use the small dropdown menu on any saved log to move it to a different category on the fly.

5. Exporting Your Masterpiece
When your research is done, it's time to take it offline.

Export Workshop (.md): Click the big green button at the bottom of the Side Panel. Artigiano will instantly compile all your saved prompts, responses, and personal annotations into a beautifully formatted Markdown (.md) file and download it to your computer.

Reset: Starting a new project? Click the "Reset" button at the very top to sweep the workshop clean.
