Floorplan Extractor maakt het eenvoudig om verborgen plattegrondbestanden van woningen op Funda.nl te downloaden. Wanneer je een detailpagina opent waar een plattegrond aanwezig is, detecteert de extensie automatisch het interne .fml-bestand dat door Funda wordt gebruikt. Klik op het extensiepictogram om de gevonden bestanden te bekijken en klik op één ervan om deze direct als .fml-bestand te downloaden, vernoemd naar het adres.

Na het downloaden kun je het bestand importeren in floorplanner.com (of een andere plattegrondeditor) om de plattegrond aan te passen, in te richten, op te meten of als nieuwe tekening te exporteren. Ideaal voor makelaars, architecten, interieurprofessionals, investeerders en woningzoekers die Funda’s plattegronden efficiënt willen hergebruiken in eigen projecten zonder opnieuw te hoeven tekenen.

Er is geen configuratie of technische kennis nodig — installeer de extensie, open een woning en download.

Floorplan Extractor lets you easily download hidden floorplan files from listings on Funda.nl. When you open a property detail page that contains a floorplan (plattegrond), the extension automatically detects the internal .fml floorplan file used by Funda. Click the extension icon to view detected files, then tap one to instantly download it as a .fml file named after the address.

Once downloaded, you can upload the file to floorplanner.com (or other floorplan editors) to customize layouts, make measurements, create visualisations or export new drawings. Ideal for estate agents, architects, interior professionals, investors and home buyers who want to reuse Funda’s floorplan data efficiently in their own projects without starting from scratch.

No configuration or technical knowledge required — just install, browse to a listing and download.
