About

See exactly which Salesforce fields your team actually uses — right on the record page.

FieldPulse overlays org-wide fill rate badges directly on Salesforce Lightning record pages and provides a side panel dashboard with health scores, dead field detection, and one-click PDF reports. No setup, no admin install, no data leaving your browser.

**What You See on the Record Page**
- Fill rate badges appear next to every field showing the org-wide percentage (e.g., Email: 98%, Fax: 1%)
- Badges are color-coded by health status: green (75%+), blue (50-74%), orange (25-49%), red (below 25%)
- A score bar at the top shows the overall page completion rate
- Badges hide automatically when you scroll past the header or navigate away from a record page

**Side Panel Dashboard**
- Health score gauge showing a weighted composite score (fill rate, edit frequency, data quality)
- Visual breakdown: Filled, Partial, Empty, and Dead field counts
- All Fields tab with every field grouped by status (Excellent, Needs Attention, Critical, Dead)
- Empty tab highlighting under-filled fields with fill rate meters
- Dead Fields tab listing fields with 0% fill rate across the entire org
- Insights tab with actionable recommendations (e.g., "5 fields can be safely removed")
- Search bar to quickly find any field by name or API name

**PDF Export**
- One-click branded report generation
- Includes org name, org ID, sandbox/production indicator, and who generated it
- Full field table with fill rates, edit counts, health scores, status, and data types
- Calculation methodology section explaining every formula
- Ready to share with stakeholders, no formatting needed

**Smart Analysis**
- Automatically skips system fields (Id, CreatedDate, etc.), formulas, and booleans
- Two-tier SOQL strategy: fast batch COUNT queries with individual fallback for complex field types
- Edit frequency from field history tracking (last 90 days)
- Cross-validates SOQL results against the current record to catch query failures
- Refresh button forces a fresh analysis — see changes immediately after editing fields

**How to Use**
1. Navigate to any Salesforce Lightning record page (Lead, Contact, Account, Opportunity, or custom objects)
2. Fill rate badges appear automatically on visible fields
3. Click the FieldPulse icon to open the side panel dashboard
4. Use the refresh button to get updated data after field edits
5. Export a PDF report to share findings with your team

**Privacy & Security**
- 100% local processing — all data stays in your browser
- Zero external servers, zero tracking, zero data collection
- Uses your existing Salesforce session — no separate login or credentials
- Manifest V3 compliant with minimal permissions
- Session data stored in memory only, never written to disk

**Supported Objects**
Works on any standard or custom Salesforce object: Leads, Contacts, Accounts, Opportunities, Cases, and all custom objects with Lightning record pages.

Built for Salesforce professionals who want clean, actionable data — not more spreadsheets.
