About
PRIMA is a Reality Lens for the web. It draws a clean line through the sentences that read like "AI slop" - likely AI-generated, SEO-spun, or templated low-signal filler - and leaves the real substance standing. On any page it shows you exactly why a block was flagged, with a confidence score. A signal, not a verdict. 100% local. No account. Nothing leaves your browser. There are no servers, no network requests, and no tracking. Every page is analyzed on your own device and the text is discarded immediately. Honest by design. PRIMA gives a heuristic estimate, not forensic proof - no tool can prove a passage was written by AI, so PRIMA never claims certainty. You stay the judge. What it does: - Cuts the slop in place: low-signal sentences get a clean strike-through while the substantive ones (numbers, names, specifics) stay clear. Fully reversible - your original text is never deleted or rewritten; one click restores it. - Shows its reasons: every flag lists the exact tells (AI-typical vocabulary, formulaic transitions, filler/SEO phrases, marketing superlatives, and more), and a "Why flagged" view reveals the matched snippets. - Labels each block: Likely AI-generated, SEO-spun filler, or Templated / low-signal, with a confidence meter. - Live sensitivity slider: drag it and the page re-flags instantly. - Keyboard shortcut to toggle the lens (Alt+Shift+P). - ESL-safe mode: protects non-native and plain writing from unfair flagging. - Optional, local-only reading journal: a private tally of how much slop you skipped (counts only - no URLs, no page text). Off by default; export or clear anytime. - Summarize: an optional, clearly-labeled extractive summary shown beside the original. Dismiss any single flag without turning the lens off. Works everywhere - articles, blogs, and social feeds (LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Reddit) - across all Chromium browsers, and in Incognito (after you allow it). Privacy: PRIMA requests only the "storage" permission, used to remember your settings and (if you enable it) the local-only reading-journal counts. Nothing is ever transmitted.
