About

PropertySheet Clipper helps you save the property listings you’re already looking at — straight to Google Sheets, CSV, JSON, or your clipboard.

It’s a manual page-to-sheets assistant, not a scraper. You open a real-estate listings page, click the extension, review and edit what was captured, then export. Nothing runs in the background, and nothing leaves your device unless you export it.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Open a property listings page (search results work best).
2. Click PropertySheet Clipper, then “Extract Listings.”
3. Review the editable table — fix cells, remove rows, dedupe, sort, favorite.
4. Export to CSV, JSON, clipboard — or your own Google Sheet.

WHAT YOU GET
• One-click capture of visible listing cards (price, beds, baths, sq ft, lot size, status, type, days on market, agent, image, link).
• Editable preview with confidence scores, duplicate flags, favorites, tags, notes and live stats (average / median price, $ per sq ft).
• “Select Listing Area” picker for tricky sites — click one card and it captures every matching listing, then remembers the site.
• Per-domain templates, restore-last-session, image thumbnails, search, filters and column show/hide.
• Export to CSV, JSON, clipboard (TSV / CSV / Markdown) with no login required.
• English & Spanish, light & dark themes, keyboard shortcuts, and a settings backup you can export/import.

PRIVACY-FIRST
• Reads the active tab only, and only when you click.
• No background scraping, no automated crawling or pagination.
• Does not bypass CAPTCHA, logins, paywalls, or bot protections.
• No tracking, no analytics, no remote scripts, no third-party servers.
• Settings and history are stored locally with chrome.storage.local.

WHAT IT DOESN’T DO
It will not mass-scrape, crawl in the background, follow links automatically, or send your data anywhere except a Google Sheet you choose to export to. You’re responsible for respecting the terms of the websites you use.

Works on many real-estate sites by detecting visible listing cards
