WHAT YOU CAN DO

FILL — type text anywhere (font, size, color, alignment), drop a checkmark, an X, or today's date. Native form fields (AcroForm) are detected automatically, with Tab to jump between them.

SIGN — add your signature by drawing it, typing it in a handwriting font, or uploading an image. Save signatures and initials to reuse later.

EDIT & MARKUP — highlight, whiteout/erase text, draw rectangles, insert images, replace text, redact, add links. Move, resize, undo/redo — everything stays editable.

WORKS ON SCANS — most forms are really just an image. Text and signatures are placed on top, so scanned PDFs work too.

SAVE LOCALLY — download the finished PDF for free, with no account and no watermark. Print it, or export pages as PNG. Annotations are baked into the PDF without rasterizing the page, so quality is preserved and Unicode/Cyrillic text renders correctly.

Zoom, page thumbnails, navigation, dark theme and keyboard shortcuts included.

• storage — save your settings, saved signatures, recent files, and an annotation draft autosave (names/settings, not file content).
• unlimitedStorage — keep large PDFs/drafts locally without quota limits.
• contextMenus — the "Open in Fill & Sign PDF" item for PDF links/pages.
• scripting + optional host access — open the PDF you are viewing in a tab, by button or context menu.
• Optional host access (<all_urls>) is declared but NOT granted at install — it is requested only on your action and only for the origin of the PDF you open.

We intentionally do not request host access by default. We intentionally do not upload your files. No third-party analytics or trackers.
