★ HONEST ABOUT DATA
Many "ASO tools" show keyword volume, rankings or install estimates as if they were facts. Google Play does not provide that data for free. ASO Genius Free will never fabricate it. We analyze only the publicly visible listing and the reviews shown on the page, and we label anything estimated.

★ PERMISSIONS (kept to a minimum)
• storage — save your audits and settings locally on your device.
• activeTab + scripting — read the Google Play page you’re viewing, only when you run an audit.
• Host access to play.google.com — read app listings and (optionally) load competitor listings for comparison.
• Host access to the Gemini API — used ONLY if you enable the optional AI feature with your own key.

★ PRIVACY
No accounts. No tracking. No analytics. No data sold or shared. All audits and preferences live in chrome.storage.local on your device. If you turn on the optional AI feature, listing text and your own API key are sent directly to Google’s Gemini API to generate suggestions — nothing passes through our servers (we have none).
