Zima Tab is an extension that helps you organize your tasks while it gives you a quick access to calendar and weather information based on the city and country you select through setting's dashboard. You can select from default images, gradients or solid colors for your new tab's background. You can also upload your desired background image and change or blur any of the selected backgrounds as you wish. This extension is built in two languages of english and persian. There are a couple of usefull links including google's services which you could change them in any way you want. You can add your most visited websites with chosen a label to access them easier and faster. The best thing about it is that it's ad-free and free forever.
