Recent changes to Omnibox default colour prompted me to make this theme, enjoy!

As of Chrome version 147 it is no longer possible to colour the inactive omnibox, per this discussion with the developer: https://issues.chromium.org/issues/501108069#comment4

If you would like this to be possible please send feedback to Google about being able to use custom themes to color the omnibox background in all states, even the inactive state!
