Why it exists

Japan's job market is notoriously quiet. Applications disappear. Recruiters go silent after three rounds of interviews. "We'll be in touch" turns into a philosophical concept.

This extension won't fix that. But it will help you decide which companies are worth your time — based on what real applicants actually experienced, not what the job posting promises.
