Brace Health — Billing context, right beside your EHR

Brace Health brings your patient billing into the same window you already work in. Open the side panel and, as you move through your EHR, the extension automatically recognizes the patient and encounter on screen and shows you the financial picture that matters — balances, claims, statements, and open tasks — without switching tabs, copying IDs, or breaking your workflow.

Built for billing and front-office teams at clinics using WebPT, Healthie, Prompt, and Empower EMR.

WHAT IT DOES

• Follows you through your EHR. The extension reads the patient and encounter you're viewing and keeps the side panel in sync as you navigate — no manual lookups or re-entering IDs.

• Shows the money that matters. See the patient's current balance, encounter-level detail (payer portion and amounts paid), and financial agreements at a glance.

• Surfaces what needs attention. Open todos and billing tasks for the patient appear right next to the chart, so nothing slips through.

• Patient statements on hand. Pull up and download the patient's statements without leaving the page.

• Demo mode with one-click privacy blur. Hide sensitive patient information on screen for training, screen sharing, or recordings.

• Fast by keyboard. Built-in shortcuts let you open and drive the panel without reaching for the mouse.

WHY INSTALL IT

Billing teams lose hours bouncing between the EHR and separate billing tools, re-typing patient IDs and hunting for balances. Brace Health collapses that into a single side-by-side view: the patient you're already looking at, with their full billing context attached. GETTING STARTED

1. Install the extension and pin it to your toolbar.
2. Click the toolbar icon to open the side panel and sign in with your Brace Health account.
3. Navigate to a patient in WebPT, Healthie, Prompt, or Empower EMR — the panel populates automatically.

Note: Brace Health is a companion to your existing Brace Health account and is intended for clinic billing and administrative staff. You'll need an active account to sign in and view data.

PRIVACY

Brace Health only activates its billing view on the supported EHR sites listed above and communicates solely with your Brace Health account to retrieve your organization's data. Demo mode lets you blur sensitive information locally whenever you need to share your screen.
