Privacy:
Profile Lock Pro does not use analytics, tracking, external servers, or cloud sync. Your password is not stored as plain text. Password hash and settings stay locally in your browser storage.

Important limitation:
Chrome extensions cannot lock the whole computer, cannot fully protect Chrome internal pages such as chrome://extensions, and cannot stop the profile owner from disabling or uninstalling the extension. Profile Lock Pro is a local tab privacy helper, not a replacement for your operating system password, disk encryption, or Chrome profile security.
