EchoReply adds an AI assistant sidebar to Gmail that helps you understand
  emails before you reply.

  WHAT IT DOES
  • Decodes the open email — real intent, emotional tone, and whether a reply is
   even needed
  • Generates reply drafts in three tones: Professional, Warm, Confident
  • Multi-turn refinement — tell it "shorter", "softer", or anything else
  • Tone Check — paste your own draft and get specific feedback
  • Action items — pulls out tasks, meetings, and deadlines with one-click "Add
  to Calendar"
  • Learns your writing style from your Sent folder so drafts sound like you

  BRING YOUR OWN KEY
  EchoReply uses your own Claude (Anthropic) or OpenAI API key. There is no
  backend — your emails and key go only between your browser and the AI provider
   you choose.

  PRIVACY
  All settings and data stay in your browser (chrome.storage.local). Nothing is
