WHAT YOU CAN DO 


POST LOADS IN SECONDS — Use Quick Load Post for rapid entry or Standard Load Post for the full form; both post to the same place. One-click Boost pushes your load higher in carrier search results for extra exposure. Post privately to certified carriers, share with your My Network connections, or open it up to the full board.  

MANAGE YOUR POSTED LOADS — Load Manager lets you review, edit, and manage posted loads without opening the Truckstop.com platform in another tab. 

MARKET CONDITIONS — One-click access to Truckstop.com's live freight market dashboard: supply, demand, and rate trends across the network.  

INDUSTRY ALERTS — Stay ahead of phishing campaigns, fraud schemes, and identity theft attempts. Broker Assistant pulls Truckstop.com's official Industry Alerts feed and presents it in clean, scannable cards with full details and cross-page search. 

RATE A BROKER / REPORT A CARRIER — Submit complaints through Truckstop.com's official reporting workflows. Quick access to non-payment, slow-pay, double-brokering, fraud, and carrier performance forms helps protect the rest of the freight community from bad actors.

RISK FACTORS — Vet carriers instantly. Highlight a DOT or MC number anywhere on the web, right-click, and choose "Send to Broker Assistant" for instant Risk Factor analysis with fraud and compliance signals. You can also paste a number straight into Ask Pat. Risk reports are split into three clean sub-tabs: Summary (overall risk score and contact info), Risk Indicators (a plain-English breakdown of what's risky), and Carrier Details (phones, emails, addresses, IPs, and VINs). 

RATE INSIGHTS — See live lane rates, negotiation power, and a 4-week outlook before you set your price. The Rate Insights card shows the average market rate, a 7-day trend sparkline, and a predicted rate for your specific load along with a confidence score. Everything auto-fetches as you fill out the load form, so you can price with confidence in seconds. 

CARRIER SOURCING — Carrier Sourcing ranks carriers by how active they've been on your specific lane over the last 7 and 30 days (both posting trucks and searching for loads), so you're calling the people most likely to say yes. One-click hand-off to a risk check on any carrier without leaving the panel.  

CREDIT ALERTS — Stay ahead of carrier and broker credit issues. Alerts surface inside the side panel with full details and cross-page search. Click through from any alert to send the carrier's MC/DOT straight to Risk Factors with the analysis already running.
