  This update resolves the Chrome Web Store warning and fixes critical cookie clearing functionality.
  
  Policy Compliance:
  
  - Removed unused storage permission
  - Removed unused debugger permission
  - Reduced total permissions from 7 to 3: activeTab, browsingData, scripting
  - Removed tabs permission (now relies on activeTab)
  - Removed cookies permission (now uses browsingData API instead)
  - Removed host_permissions and all_urls (no longer needed)
  
  Bug Fixes:
  
  - Fixed cookie clearing that was silently failing - replaced chrome.cookies API with chrome.browsingData.remove which does not require host permissions
  - Fixed Shopify preview theme persistence - strips preview_theme_id from URL on reload so Shopify does not re-create the preview cookie
