pause is a simple tool designed to let you know when to take a break. Many people who do work on computers spend too much time in one sitting typing away. pause is here to encourage you to take breaks when you need to take a break. It automatically manages breaks and allows you to take action -- if it isn't a good time to take a break, the break can be postponed or skipped. pause can also be told to stop for a period of time if you need to work without interruptions. pause is smart and pauses break timers when the user is away from the computer. pause's source can be found at https://github.com/DHNishi/pause.
