The AI voice runs entirely in your browser — your articles are never sent to a server to make audio.

HOW IT WORKS

Open an article. A slim player appears at the right edge of the page, and a "Listen · 2 min" card appears under the title. Press play, and the main article is read aloud — not the clutter around it. The current sentence gets a soft tint; the spoken word flashes as it goes. Click any word to jump playback there.

TWO VOICES

• System voice — the voice already on your device. Starts instantly. Free forever.
• AI voice (Premium) — Kokoro neural text to speech, running in your browser on WebAssembly and WebGPU. One 86 MB download, then it works offline. Six natural voices: Heart, Bella, Michael and Fenrir (US), Emma and George (UK).

PRIVACY

Cloud TTS tools send your page text to a server to generate audio. ToSpeech doesn't — the AI voice is synthesized on your device, online or offline. The only download is the one-time 86 MB voice model; an optional account exists purely for Premium.
