About
LessX helps you use X (Twitter) without falling into compulsive scrolling. What it does: • Hides the "Show N posts" / load-more bar on the homepage so the feed stops auto-refreshing • Hides the floating "New posts available" pill that nudges you to reload • Enforces a daily post limit you choose (default: 1000). Once you hit the limit, the homepage is replaced with a calm "You've reached your daily limit" message until tomorrow What it doesn't touch: • Profiles, threads, search, notifications, DMs, and bookmarks all work normally • Direct links to individual posts still open as expected Privacy: • All data stays on your device (your daily limit and today's count) • No tracking, no analytics, no servers, no third parties • Only permission used is local storage Configure your daily limit by clicking the LessX icon in your toolbar.
