PERMISSIONS EXPLAINED
• "cookies" — to read and modify cookies (the whole point of the extension)
• "tabs" — to know which site you are currently viewing
• "storage" — to remember your preferences (theme, export format, etc.)
• Access to all websites — optional, requested only at the moment you choose to act on cookies across all sites (for example, when you use Import All or Export All)
