  Volume Controller is a clean browser extension for global and per-website volume control from 0% to 200%.
  
  Global Volume is the default for every site without a personalized volume.
  Site Volume overrides Global Volume for the current website.
  Home tab changes auto-save and apply live.
  Saved Sites changes preview live, then require the explicit Save button.
  Sliders move in whole-number steps from 0% to 200%.
  Number inputs accept typed decimals and save the exact clamped value.
  100% is normal site audio and 200% is 2.0x Web Audio gain where the browser allows page audio routing.
  Saved volumes auto-apply when pages finish loading.
  MutationObserver support keeps dynamically added HTML5 audio and video elements in sync.
  Settings include Light, Dark, and System appearance modes plus a saved accent color picker.
