DokuBrain for Chrome brings AI-powered document intelligence directly into your browser. Extract data from invoices, analyze contracts, chat with PDFs, and save everything to your DokuBrain document corpus — without switching tabs.

WHAT IT DOES

• Gmail attachment detection — Open an email and the sidepanel automatically detects attachments. Extract invoice fields or send documents to DokuBrain in one click.

• PDF analysis — Navigate to any PDF in Chrome and instantly extract structured data: vendor names, amounts, dates, line items, and more. The AI classifies the document type and returns editable fields with confidence scores.

• Chat with documents — Ask natural-language questions about the current PDF or across your entire DokuBrain corpus. Get cited answers referencing specific documents and pages.

• Page capture — Capture text from any webpage and extract structured data or save to your corpus.

• File upload — Drag and drop files directly from the sidepanel. Supports common document formats up to 50 MB each.

Install the extension and click the DokuBrain icon in your toolbar
Sign in with your DokuBrain account, create a new account, or connect with an API key
Navigate to a PDF, Gmail, or any webpage
Use the sidepanel to extract data, chat, or save documents
PRIVACY

• Only accesses Gmail pages to detect email attachments — does not read email content • Documents are processed through DokuBrain's secure API • Authentication tokens are stored in encrypted session storage • No data is sold or shared with third parties
