InboxLingo is a lightweight side panel for cross-border marketplace sellers. It
brings three things sellers juggle today — receiving translation, sending
translation, and canned replies — into one place, right next to your buyer
messages on eBay and Etsy. On any other site (including Amazon Seller Central)
the same tools are one right-click away.

**Translate what buyers write.** Paste a message, or right-click a selection on
any page, and get an instant, tone-preserving translation into English. Language
is detected automatically.

**Reply in English, send in their language.** Write your answer in English, pick
the buyer's language, and InboxLingo localizes it and copies it to your
clipboard — ready to paste into your reply. Product names, order numbers and
tracking links are left untouched.

**Canned replies that actually fit.** Ships with 10 professional templates for
shipping, returns, complaints and thank-yous. Add your own, and use variables like
`{{buyer_name}}`, `{{order_id}}`, `{{tracking_number}}` and `{{shop_name}}` so
every reply is personal without retyping.

**Built for support tone.** Translations are instructed to keep your register —
polite stays polite, firm stays firm — and to preserve your `{{variables}}` so a
localized reply can still be filled with order data.

**Your key, your data.** InboxLingo uses your own Anthropic API key. There is no
account and no server: your key, snippets and settings stay in your browser, and
message text is sent only to Anthropic when you translate. Nothing is stored by
us.

**Free to start.** Free plan includes 20 translations per month and up to 15 of
your own snippets (all 10 presets always available). Pro unlocks unlimited
translations and unlimited snippets.

### How it works
1. Add your Anthropic API key in Settings (get one at console.anthropic.com).
2. Open the side panel from the toolbar icon.
3. Translate incoming messages, or compose a reply and localize it.
