This lightweight Chrome extension allows you to customize the skip percentage (1% to 10%) for videos longer than 5 minutes, bypassing lengthy intros or summaries. By default, it skips half of the initial skip duration at the end—for example, if 10 seconds are skipped at the start, the last 5 seconds are skipped—with an option to disable this feature. You can also set your preferred playback speed (1x to 2x) for a personalized viewing experience. CoreClip activates only on the first play of each video, giving you control if you rewind or replay, and integrates seamlessly with YouTube without any complicated setup. When you start a video, it skips your chosen percentage at the beginning (e.g., 3% of a 10-minute video skips 18 seconds) and adjusts the playback speed (e.g., 1.5x), while also skipping half that duration at the end (e.g., the last 9 seconds), ensuring a distraction-free experience—perfect for tutorials, vlogs, or long-form content.
