Export your WhatsApp Web data to CSV, XLSX or VCard with a single click. Process chats, contacts, groups, labels and message history entirely in your browser, with no server upload. Plus an optional AI assistant to summarize chats, generate reply suggestions, and prioritize your inbox.

EXPORT FEATURES

Chats — all 1-on-1 and group chats, with last-message timestamps

EXPORT FORMATS

CSV — UTF-8 BOM, opens cleanly in Excel with non-ASCII characters
XLSX — 5-sheet workbook (chats, messages, groups, labels, contacts)
VCard 3.0 — standard format you can import into your phonebook

AI ASSISTANT (OPTIONAL)

You bring your own AI provider. The extension supports local LLM servers (run on your own machine, no API key required) and cloud AI APIs (using your own API key — some have free tiers, some are paid). Configure your preferred provider in the AI tab. AI requests go directly from your browser to the provider — Bluedev runs no relay server.

AI capabilities:

Summarize chat — main topics, action items, tone
Reply suggestions — iterative, with refresh and refine
Follow-up reminders for unanswered messages
Inbox triage and prioritization
Voice mimicry — AI learns your style from past messages

AUTO-REPLY (OPTIONAL)

Default mode is Draft: AI proposes a reply, you approve and send. Auto-send is opt-in per chat.

Safety layers:

Master switch, off by default
Hourly and daily rate limits
Quiet hours (for example 22:00 to 08:00)
Per-chat opt-in
Audit log of all sends

BILINGUAL UI

English (default) and Turkish, with a language switcher in the popup header.

PRIVACY AND COMPLIANCE

All data stays on your device. Bluedev sees nothing.

SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS

Chrome 111 or newer, or a compatible Chromium-based browser
A WhatsApp Web account paired with your phone

USAGE

1. Sign in to WhatsApp Web at web.whatsapp.com
2. Click the blue WA toolbar icon and accept the consent screen
3. Pick a tab: Chats, Messages, AI, Auto-Reply, Groups, Labels, or All Contacts
4. Click Extract, preview the table, then download as CSV, XLSX, or VCard
5. For AI features: open the AI tab, configure your provider, and click Summarize chat or Suggest reply
